We have an opening for a VIRTUAL estate planning and probate attorney that is LICENSED IN WASHINGTON STATE!
CMS Law Firm LLC is a Kirkland, WA based law firm that practices estate planning and probate exclusively, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to grow their legal career!
How is completely virtual possible? Utilizing technology and recent changes to the law, we are able to service estate planning and probate clients virtually throughout the entire process. And we want the best people on our team, not just those that happen to be close geographically.
Now, the details.
Here's what we're looking for:
- 2+ years of estate planning/probate experience and/or 4+ years of legal practice (don't worry - we can teach you estate planning and probate - we have a fully integrated training program);
- Someone interested in growing as an attorney and receiving mentorship and coaching to that end;
- Someone that is detail oriented;
- Someone that is a great team player;
- Someone able to work autonomously and without micromanagement;
- Someone with great people skills (you will be handling your own clients);
- Someone that has (or can build) confidence handling estate planning and probate matters from start to finish (with support);
Here's the upside for you:
- There's a high earning capacity based on your performance (though you will NOT be required to bring in business) INCLUDING profit sharing;
- We work 9-4, M-F. No overtime. No weekends. No fires. No stress.
- No billable hour requirements;
- Health insurance (medical/dental/vision);
- 401(k) with match;
- Paid sick leave;
- Paid vacation;
- You get to work with an ambitious team of people working hard to create a special law firm for the people that work in it and the people we service.
Is this you?
Then I'd love to talk with you.
Here are the next steps:
- EMAIL me a resume and cover letter at chris@cmslawfirm.com;
- In your resume if you have any customer service experience, even McDonald's as a kid, I want to know about it - don't think it's going to hurt you - it won't;
- In your cover letter, in addition to why you think you're a good fit for the job, I want to know two things: (1) what is something NON-law related that you are great at; and (2) what are you currently reading?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Cheers,
Christopher Small
